Every October, Limitless Church hosts a two-day women’s event in Burlingame, CA. Birthed out of our women’s ministry, Soul Sisters, the heart behind this gathering is to create a space where women can come together to be equipped and empowered — both practically and spiritually. Our hope is that every woman would be reminded that God designed us to thrive together — mind, body, and soul. Our mission is to bring to life the truth of God's word found in 3 John 1:2 "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in good health, just as your soul prospers."
What makes this conference unique and special are the real, relevant conversations around topics that truly impact us in every season of our life. We believe God not only wants our souls to prosper but also cares deeply about our mental and physical well-being. Each year we gather around a theme, this year’s is Queens & Daughters. Over the past few years, we’ve welcomed a variety of speakers — from therapists, health coaches, and neuro-nutritionists to leaders in holistic wellness, faith-based entrepreneurs, and pastors. Each one having a passion to help women step into the life God has created for them. We believe God desires to strengthen His daughters so they can rise with confidence into the life, calling, and purpose He has prepared for them. That's why we created Mind, Body & Soul Conference.

The weekend kicks off Friday night with worship, creative elements, giveaways, and our first keynote speaker. Saturday is a full day with breakfast provided, access to our conference merch expo, four inspirational sessions, more worship, and plenty of additional surprises.
Founded and hosted by Valeri Noonan, this year’s featured speakers include Polly Payne, Kathy MacPhail, and Kelci Noonan. Whether you're coming with friends or stepping into something new, this is more than a conference — it’s designed to pour back into you.
